The furnished-studio program is being prepared now. Contact the leasing team to join the interest list and receive launch timing and first availability.
What length of stay is planned?
The initial offering is being designed for stays of 30 nights or longer, with flexible extensions based on availability.
What will be included?
The planned package includes furniture, an equipped kitchen, linens, utilities, Wi-Fi, a workspace, and self check-in. Final inclusions will be confirmed before booking.
Is laundry available?
There is no laundry facility on the property. A laundromat is within walking distance, and additional laundry options are being evaluated for furnished guests.
Are the photos furnished-studio photos?
The current photos show the renovated studio layout and finish package. Furnishings will be added, and the gallery will be updated before the program launches.
